Monfalcone Consulting Ltd. acquired the Koszarhegy production site from Halasz and Partners Ltd. in 2025, continuing a long-standing tradition of stainless steel craftsmanship and manufacturing excellence.

Halasz and Partners Ltd., founded in 2005, built a strong reputation in high-quality stainless steel production, supplying precision components for carriage manufacturers and other industries requiring durable, carefully crafted metalwork.

To preserve this expertise, Monfalcone Consulting Ltd. retained many of the factory's highly experienced employees, whose knowledge and craftsmanship continue to play a key role in the production and development of TUBY POOL products today. Their decades of experience have been invaluable in creating products that combine functionality, durability, and modern design.
