Delivery options and timeframes
Shipping
Delivery time for pools and bathtubs is typically 2–4 weeks, depending on order processing and international logistics, as these are large items. After purchase, we send a confirmation email with the order details, including an estimated delivery window. Once the package has been dispatched and again 1–3 days before arrival, the customer will be notified by email or SMS with the exact delivery time.
Tracking and Delivery
Shipping is handled by our company. A signature is required upon delivery. Please inspect the package carefully in the presence of the chauffeur and check its condition thoroughly. In case of damage, request a damage report from the driver immediately and take photos of both the exterior and interior damage.
ExternalCourier Service
In the event that delivery is carried out by an external courier service, tracking will be available on their website.
Damage Handling
If you identify damage caused during shipping, please notify us by email within 72 hours, including photos and the damage report, so we can assess a replacement or compensation. This deadline ensures that shipping-related damages can be distinguished from issues arising from later use, in accordance with EU e-commerce regulations. Unfortunately, we are unable to process warranty claims reported after this period.
