Terms of the 3-Year Warranty

Our company provides a full 3-year warranty on pools and tubs, covering leaks and manufacturing defects. In such cases, we will take back the product and assume full responsibility for repair or replacement.

Conditions for Validating the Warranty

• Use of chlorine is prohibited: Chlorine must not be used in the pool or tub in any form, as it can cause structural damage and will automatically void the warranty.
• Proper installation: The product must be installed only on a level and stable surface. We do not accept responsibility if it is placed on an uneven or sloped base.
• Transport damage: Minor scratches may occur during transport and are not considered defects.

By complying with the above conditions, we ensure the long-term, trouble-free operation of the product.
