Return Policy

Our return policy

Thank you for your purchase! If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you may return it under the following conditions:

Return Deadline

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt for all pools and bathtubs. As these products are large in size, please notify our customer service in writing (sales@tubypool.com) of your intention to withdraw in order to arrange the return shipment properly.

Important: Any shipping damage must be reported in writing within 72 hours of receipt, including photos of the packaging and the damage. After this deadline, we are unable to distinguish between transport damage and damage caused by use or improper storage; therefore, we cannot offer free replacement or accept complaints.

Please always thoroughly inspect the product before installation or use, as we cannot accept claims for physical damage once the product has been installed.

Return Conditions

For bathtubs and pools, it is essential that the product has not been installed or put into use. Installed products (e.g., bathtubs fixed to a wall or pools filled with water) may suffer significant depreciation; therefore, we can only accept returns if they are in original, undamaged condition.

The customer is responsible for any damage resulting from improper packaging or failure to clean the product.

Returnable Products

Products may be returned in the following cases:

  1. If leakage is detected after filling the product with water.
  2. If the customer received a product different from what was ordered.
  3. If the product is damaged upon delivery or has deep scratches on its surface (minor scratches may occur).

Non-returnable Products

The right of withdrawal is limited or excluded in the following cases:

  1. Sealed components for hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened.
  2. Products that have come into contact with bath water or cleaning agents during use and can no longer be restored to their original condition.

Shipping Damage and Complaints

Due to the nature of transporting bathtubs and pools, it is especially important to receive the package without damage. Upon delivery, please inspect the package in the presence of the courier; in case of damage, prepare a report and take photographic evidence.

Before installation, carefully inspect the product, as we cannot accept claims for physical damage once the product has been installed.

Return Process

The consumer must clearly communicate their intention to withdraw by sending a statement to our customer service (via email or by completing the form on our website).

After receiving the request, our customer service will review it and inform the customer about the return address and packaging requirements. Please ensure the product is returned in secure, transport-safe packaging.

Refund

After receiving the returned product, our experts will inspect whether the bathtub or pool has been returned in its original, new condition. If signs of improper use or installation are detected, we may deduct depreciation from the refund amount.

The refund will be initiated within 14 days of withdrawal and will be made via bank transfer.

Shipping Costs

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival (in case of a manufacturing defect, we will cover the costs).

As the transportation of bathtubs and pools requires special logistics, we recommend contacting our customer service before returning the product to ensure proper handling and shipping conditions.
