How long does installation take?

If you order only the pool with a drain, no installation is required. If you purchase additional accessories, assembly takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Please watch the installation video available on the webshop for detailed guidance.

Can the pool be customized?

TUBY POOL offers three different pool sizes, allowing customers to choose the option that best fits their space and preferences.

Are the pools durable?

Yes, the pools are highly durable. With proper use and maintenance, they can last for years.

Are the pools easy to maintain?

Yes, maintenance is simple and straightforward. To keep your pool in excellent condition:

• Use bromine-based cleaners to help prevent algae growth.
• Do not use chlorine-based products.
• Use a citric acid cleaner to remove limescale.
• Use a general-purpose cleaner for greasy stains and everyday cleaning.

Can the pool be installed in small spaces?

Yes. TUBY POOL offers three different sizes, including the Medium Pool, which is ideal for smaller spaces. The Medium Pool weighs only 55 kg, making it easy to move and position.

What is included in the package?

The basic package includes the pool and a water drain. Additional accessories can be selected separately from the current webshop offer.

Do the pools come with a warranty?

Yes, all pools come with a 3-year warranty. More detailed warranty information is available on the webshop.

Are TUBY POOL pools suitable for all weather conditions?

Yes, TUBY POOL products are made from high-quality stainless steel and are designed to withstand a wide range of weather conditions.

When it's 40°C outside, how does the rim stay cool to the touch?

If the outside temperature exceeds 30°C, we recommend wetting the rim before entering or exiting the pool to ensure a more comfortable touch.

It's steel in water -- won't it rust or corrode within 5 years, especially with salt water?

Please do not use salt water in standard TUBY POOL products, as this will void the warranty. If you are looking for a saltwater-compatible pool, please contact our customer service team for recommendations on suitable products specifically designed for salt water use.

If my child drops a heavy toy into the pool or a hailstorm occurs, will it leave permanent dents?

Dents and weather-related damage are not covered by the warranty. Heavy objects or toys may also cause scratches or surface damage to the pool.
